Plans changed? No problem.

At Tallawah Outpost, we want you to book with confidence. Here's exactly what happens if your plans change:

✅ Cancel 24+ hours before your tour

Full refund — processed within 72 hours. No questions asked.

🔁 Cancel within 24 hours

No refund, but we'll offer you a free reschedule or store credit valid for 12 months.

⛔ No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours

Non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

👥 Group Bookings (5+ People)

If part of your group cancels, the remaining guests receive store credit rather than a refund, and the tour continues as planned.

🌧️ Weather Guarantee

If Tallawah Outpost cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you'll receive a free reschedule or refund - your choice. Please note Tallawah runs tours in both rainy and sunny days, rain does not stop the show!

⚡ Flex Protect (Optional Add-On)

Want maximum flexibility? Add Flex Protect at checkout for just $10 per person and cancel up to 4 hours before your tour for a full refund.
