How the Partner Programme Works

Fill in the form below with your agency details. We ask for your agency name, website, and IATA or CLIA number if you have one. Applications without an IATA/CLIA number are still considered — we just do a quick manual verification of your agency.
Get approved within 24 hours
We review every application personally. Once approved, we email you a unique agent discount code and a PDF rate card with everything you need to sell Tallawah experiences to your clients.
Book using your agent code
Your clients book directly at tallawahoutpost.com using your unique code at checkout. The commission is automatically logged against your account. You can also book on behalf of your clients — just WhatsApp us the details and we'll handle it.
Get paid quarterly
Commission is paid within 14 days of each calendar quarter end. You'll receive a full statement showing every booking attributed to your code.

Can I book on behalf of my clients?

Absolutely — we love helping agents who want to experience Tallawah firsthand. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a familiarisation visit. Your agent discount code will be applied and commission is tracked automatically.

Can I request a FAM trip?

What is the cancellation policy for agent bookings?

The standard policy applies: full refund for cancellations more than 48 hours before the experience. 50% refund within 48 hours. No refund within 24 hours. We handle all client communication on cancellations.

Do you handle groups larger than 10 people?

Yes. For groups of 10 or more, contact us directly on WhatsApp for a custom group quote and priority scheduling. We can accommodate large groups across multiple departure times.
